M/s The Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) is using the
official Telangana State e-GP Portal for procurement of Goods and Services.

To participate in SCCL e-Procurement tenders, bidders have to complete
the following formalities:
1. Obtaining Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
-
Dual Pair Required:
A Class-3 DSC with Dual Pair (both Signing and Encryption keys)
is mandatory to participate in SCCL tenders.

Authorized Issuance:
The IT&C e-Procurement platform accepts valid Digital Certificates
issued by any Certifying Authority (CA) licensed under
Section 24 of the Indian IT Act, 2000.

Procurement:
Certificates may be obtained from any officially authorized
CA vendor in India.
2. Portal Account Registration

Official Portal:
Register on the
Telangana State e-Procurement Portal https://tender.telangana.gov.in
.

New Registration:
Visit the portal home page and click on
"New Registration" to complete the online registration.

System Requirement:
Download and run the mandatory eMSigner tool
during registration.

3. Online Bid Submission

Submission Mode:
All tenders must be submitted strictly online through the
Telangana State e-Procurement Portal after completing registration.
