E - Procurement Notice

 
 
  • All the vendors’ interested in participating in the tender may refer to E-Procurement market place/web-site https://tender.eprocurement.gov.in for viewing (for viewing SCCL e-procurement live tenders bid documents click more.. link in Current Tenders and then select Tender Category : works : The Singareni Collieries company Ltd) the tender documents. In order to participate in the E-Procurement tender, interested bidders are required to complete two formalities (a one time activity) independent of each other as given below.
  • i) Procedure for Obtaining Digital Certificate
    You should obtain digital certificate, to enable to participate in the tender for the purpose of authenticity under IT Act 2000. The procedure for obtaining Digital certificate is given in the web site https://tender.eprocurement.gov.in In the home page, on the right hand side click on the link 'Digital Signature' or alternatively, you can also visit http://www.apts.gov.in/pki_main.html web page for knowing the details and procedures in obtaining 'Digital Certificate'.
  • ii) Procedure for Registering in E-Procurement portal
    Further, you have to register with E-Procurement market place. For registering, go to the web site https://tender.eprocurement.gov.in In the home page, on the right hand side, click on the link 'REGISTER'. Follow the instructions as appearing on the screens. On completion of the same, you are registered in the portal.
  • The Tenderer /Bidder should note that though the bids (Technical, Commercial and Price) are to be submitted on line, the EMD/BG/Letter (along with proof) seeking exemption along with E-Procurement Transaction fee should be sent offline or through Payment Gateway. Hence, all tenderers/bidders should send either EMD or letter seeking exemption (along with proof) and E-Procurement Transaction fee in a closed cover addressed to Chief GM (Purchase), The SCCL, Corporate Office, Kothagudem - 507 101 so as to reach by the bid opening date and time as mentioned in NIT/Enquiry. The Enquiry/NIT Number and date of opening of the bid should be written on the cover for easy identification.
