- To create sustainable medical support at R&R centers & near by villages, Mobile Medical camps are organised in Ambulances / Jeeps on weekly holidays/weekly twice.
- About 110 villages are covered in 4 districts and about 20,000 villagers are getting benefit per year.
- Follow-up medical treatment is extended in Colliery Hospitals
- One fully equipped mobile hospital "Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences - Singareni Arogyamithra " donated to NIMS, Hyderabad for medical assistance to Local villagers, employees and dependents.
- SCCL also introduced 'SPANDANA' mobile hospital services especially for the benefit of Tiryani mandal in Adilabad district which is pre-dominated by tribal communities.This service is assisted by a male & one female Doctor with 2 technicians & male & female nurses. They undertake complete blood analysis, X-ray, e.c.g etc., instantly in the vehicle. This vehicle is covering 2 to 3 villages every day in the mandal.
