Sl.No Accident Date Description
1 12/16/2009 At shift ending after coming to surface he had complaint of Giddiness and fell down and was shifted to Hospital after rendering first aid. He was treated in the Area Hospital and died at about 06.15 am on 18.12.09 due to Hyper tension and Diabetic mellitus with cerebral hemorrhage and CVA.
2 10/20/2009 Sri K. Anjaiah, Timberman distributed as Conveyor Operator was standing at the conveyor switch of 2nd gear head after cleaning the spillage coal at the discharge. At about 11.30 am he was feeling discomfort and complained of chest pain. Immediately he has been shifted to Hospital. During treatment he died about 6.40 pm due to heart attack.
