1 11/17/2009 While coming on motor bike, near Bhadrakali temple, Sri Ch. Srinivas noticed resting of Sri M. Sathyashankar on his back with abnormal moment. He immediately stopped the vehicle and helped Sri Satyashankar in getting down from the motor cycle. He also observed abnormal functioning of respiratory system. Immediately shifted to Dispensary and died due to heart attack.
