1 3/13/2011 Sri Dasari Mallaiah Genral Mazdoor, was deployed as watch man at surface sand bunker no.3 and sand yard. while he was going bicycle slipped and fell down causing to his left hand.
2 1/28/2011 While spraying water to suppress the dust on surface, he suddenly collapsed at 5.30 AM. He was immediately shifted to Area Hospital at about 12.45 PM and he was declared dead due to Cardio Pulmanary arrest to massive tissue cerebral Hemorrhage.
