1 5/17/2010 while he is coming to the mine for booking out muster from sand stowing plant by motor cycle hit to sand transporting tipper causing injury to his left leg.
2 2/27/2010 After distribution of work, Sri Kongari Uppalaiah was proceded to U/g to reach his allocated work place along with Sri K. Prasad, Trammer and Sri T. Rama Rao, HOP and other Co-workmen. At about 5.00 p.m., while walking along 33L/14D-15D, Sri K. Uppalaiah reported chest pain to his co-workmen. After rendering first aid he was shifted to Area Hospital and died on at 6.40 p.m.
