Sl.No Accident Date Description
1 8/16/2010 He was allotted work of changing pump at east side of OC4 sec. sump. He was organizing the pump dismantling from 3.30 PM onwards. At about 5.00 PM he complained of chest pain to Supervisor. Immediately he was shifted to Area Hospital, MNG and doctors diagnosed of AC Myo Cardial infection with severe LVF with Cardio Genic shock. He was shifted to Main Hospital the during treatment he died at 7.55 PM.
2 4/13/2010 the engine of water tanker-T 201 stop while moving up gradet at OC-3 haul road due to air lock and it could not stoped on appiling brakes and tanker started rolling down and hit left side berm and toppled to its right side sri K.Srinivas contract workmen fell on the ground and received serious injuries and succumbed to injuries in the early hours of 21-04-2010
