1	8/2/2012	After cutting the branch of tree which was in obstruction to the LT LINE,he was getting down onthe ladder.In the process,he slipped and felldown from the ladder from aheight of 5meters.
2	5/24/2012	A few days back while cleaning silt in a drain below 3.3kv OHT line, the JCB shovel engaged by Manuguru Municipality, hit the earth conductor and snapped it. On 24.05.2012, Gandikota Mutyalu,civilian tried to cut a piece of the snapped wire and electrocuted.
