Sl.No Accident Date Description
1 3/21/2010 While loading coal in the goaf with remote operation, suddenly layers of coal parted from dip side side stook and subsequently from raise side stook also fell on the LHD thus trapping the LHD in the goaf.
2 2/12/2010 While the Manriding trolly has approched 4L, suddenly sounds of crushing are fallowed by collapse of 5 numbers of girders due to side fall and abstructed the movement of trolly.
3 1/27/2010 while he was trying to lower the HDPE pipe from the hook by standing in the LHD bucket, his leg slipped and he fell in the bucket causing injury to his head.
4 1/20/2010 while he was shovelling sand beneath the dismantled drive drums kept on floor, the drum rolled over and his left hand marginally trapped between two drums.
