1 12/17/2009 The goaf side rib to be left againest got punctured over alength of 6 m. No contact observed at roof level eventhough a solid stook of 2.5m-3m is there at the floor level.
2 7/1/2009 The tail end drum of 20L-27L belt conveyor got detatched from pedastal as the pedestal was broken when the belt got started on full load.
3 2/23/2009 After boulder blasting in 57LN/21D,suddenly a roof coal layer of 3m-4m along with the junction support got fallen.nNo persons were involved .Suppor is also sufficient. A prominent slip plane was observed in the coal roof.
