1	12/17/2011	At about 11.20AM, due to Flash of controlling ACB at PE-1/650 MTRS,smoke occurrs and travels along MG-1 gateroadway and the workmen coming out after completion of cables shifting work in MG-1 affeted by the smoke and felt discomfurt.
2	9/23/2011	While cheking LHD GEB at RA-3D/60L by opening outgoing pumble,suddenly flames occurred.
