1	11/22/2009	While he was going to dump yard with his loaded Volvo No. 86 at about 4.10 a.m. hiit the divider resulted into toppling on haul road leading to dump yard near camp area.
2	10/18/2009	While E.Sadaiah civilian was picking coal from toe of the dump, suddenly one stone boulder from dump heap rolled down and hit him, inflicting serious injury.He has succumbed to the injury in hospital.
3	10/15/2009	While G.Ramchandram civilian was crossing the haul road leading to contract dump yard, he has slipped and fell down on the haul road causing serious injury to his head,Later he was succumbed to injury on 18-10-2009.
4	8/16/2009	While the diesel bowser travelling through a ramp which was slushy condition,the driver turned towards right side and hit the boulder and toppled towards left side.No body was involved.
5	3/21/2009	While removing wet material at head end of B-Oconveyor,the loader got slipped and hit the conveyor structure causing damage to it s cabin.
6	3/20/2009	While dragging the 403 drill cable with D-11dozer in reverse direction,suddenly dozer engine got off and run over the drill cable.
7	3/13/2009	While 85T dumper no. 208 coming out from face after taking load, at the same time 85t dumper no.218 with out observing tried to enter in to the face and hit the dumper no.218 .
8	3/3/2009	While reversing the 100 dumper no.C-1 for taking load at B-5shovel,another dumper no.C-3 operator forwarded his dumper with out observing the dumper no.C-1 and hit the same.
9	2/21/2009	While reversing the 85Tdumper no.235 for taking load at P-4shovel,another dumper no.229 operator forwarded his dumper with out observing the dumper no.235 and hit the dumper no.229.
