Sl.No Accident Date Description
1 3/4/2009 A drill hole was being made from 77 ? L / 7 D to 77 LN / 7 D by JUMBO drill, for drawing goaf samples. Having the drill hole been connected to the gallery at 77 LN / 7 D. Jumbo drill operator still continued the drilling. As a result Jumbo drill bit penetrated into the LA-2 LHD front right side tyre which had been parked at 77 LN / 7 D.
2 2/19/2009 While LHD was removing fallen coal from 4 D / 75 L return airway fall of roof coal has taken place at 4 D / 76 L junction and LHD was trapped for some time in the goaf.
