While TC374, 35T dumper was proceeding to surface feeder with load, it hit WT-11 that was standing on the edge of the road without berm and 2 meter deep ditch off the side, for drenching fire of stock coal. A person was standing on the top of the tanker handling the jet sprayer. Both the HEMM damaged. Luckily nothing had happened to any person. However, there was ever possibility of falling down the person who was on top of the tanker and also running of the tanker into the ditch. |
