5 8/2/2009 while drill operator was verifying the drillrod position by peeping through the cabin during drilling an air hose disconnected from itsconnection and felldown on cabin and rolled on operator head.i

14 1/23/2009 while drilling drill hole in 3 seam coal(over galliery) to ascertain the parting,the hole connected to the galliery having fire ,fire erupted from the hole and subsequently the drill machine caught fire.
