1 12/24/2010 On 24.12.2010 in 2nd shift at about 9.45 p.m. sri N. Bixam obserbed traces of smoke coming at MID/6L. (Cutting of old roof stitching ropes work was completed by 8.00 p.m.). On recieving information, shift overman and u.mgr reached the spot and drenched the site with water. Immedietely at about 10.30. p.m. manager,safety officer and ventilation officer inspected the site and declared safe after ensuring thick stone dusting. Normal work was resumed at 11.00 p.m.

3 5/2/2010 On 02/05/2010 at about 1.20 PM, near Sand Stowing plant No. 1 of PK No.1 Incline, one sand transporting tipper coming out from the sand bunker, forget to down the bucket and hit the overhead 33 KV power line.
4 2/18/2010 While lowering 7 empty tubs from bankhead along MID,the empties derailed near 1L, the hook of 6th tub from the rope broken.
