1	4/4/2009	when the driver was dumping the material ,suddenly the dumper was side toppled to right side due to imbalance of the dumper,on the dump yard
2	1/28/2009	Collision of two trucks one with load and another empty at 40HP, haul road junction.The incident occurred due to the driver of load truck was slept while driving, and entered in to the empty route in the process empty and load trucks got collied, damaging cabin door and glass of both the trucks,no injuries to the operators.
