1 10/11/2009 On 11/10/09 at about 9.45 AM in Off-loading area Volvo No 31 was operated by Sri V.Govindu.while dumping the OB at internal dump yard got tilted and fallen in the internal dump yard to the dipside causing damage to cabin glass ,after removing the safety belt opertor came out safely.
2 8/14/2009 While Sri V.Adinarayana transporting the OB dump containing huge boulders to dump yard, during dumping boulders got jammed against the Volvo body He attempted several times to unload the boulders, during this process the Volvo tilted towards opposite side of the operator cabin and fallen on the ground. Operator escaped safely through the broken glass screen.
