1 12/12/2011 On 12.12.2011 at about 10AM side fall of 6mX1mX2m size coal layer occuried in 17 1/2 BLS/19D from which one Under Manager and Overman narrowlly escaped
2 5/18/2011 On 18.05.2011 in 1st shift at about 11.45AMshale layer of 1mX1mX0.3m suddenly parted from roof in 9LN/30R/6Seam. Earlier Timbermen noticed this bad layer while tapping and went to bring temporary props whose escaped from the roof fall.
3 2/14/2011 On 14.02.2011 in II shift wheel bevel pulley along with cement grouting rolled from 15L to 19L in 19Dip/6Seam haulage dip likely everybody in the haulage dip escaped from it.
4 2/12/2011 On 12.02.2011 in 1 st shift at about 8.30AM surface north sand stowing bunker(middle one) suddely collapsed. Regular cone operators remained absent on the day and the substitade was not reached in time there by escaped form this accident
