1	9/2/2010	After filling the tubs 3 coal fillers were pushing the first tub to haulage dip without attaching sprags to the other tubs.By the time the second tub followed them and were caught between the two tubs.one of them got miner injuries.
2	9/1/2010	37D Supply trammer raised a set of 3 empties & 5 loaded tubs from 121/2L with out attaching backstay.set reached to 5L and while lowering to 6L endless the rope was snapped and junction trammer narrowly escaped.
3	5/15/2010	Main Incline trammer raised a set of 8 loaded tubs from 5L with out attaching backstay.when the set reached oL,then there was a power ckt failure and hop immediatly applied both hand and mech breaks,set was holded.but after 25min the set started slowly moving downward , ultimatly gained the speed and derailed at 5L.Main incline tammers narrowly escaped from the incident.
4	5/6/2010	While workmen are being traveling to under ground by chair lift system,electric supply to the motor of drive unit tripped and immediatly the driving pulley was stopped due to automatic application of hydralic breaks but after one minute the drive pulley started moving with excessive speed due to this sudden change in the speed of the rope four workmen fell from the chair lift, got minor injuries and they reported for duty on 07.05.2010.
5	1/25/2010	While blasting was being done at 22 x cut dip/22LS, a shot hole blown through, injuring two loaders at 23LS/21x cut dip.
