1	1/27/2010	54DS/21LN/9D/RN-10/2 Seam slice was for withdrawal.Obstructing heap of coal was attempted to lift under the supervision of Mining Sirdar.Roof Fall measuring 1M X 1M X 0.8M occurred followed by bumping sounds dislodging goaf edge supports and extended upto SDL bucket. Minining Sirdar and Operator escaped leaving the SDL in level gallery.
