1 8/31/2012 While going to scoop the coal with S-17 SDL machine at 38Adip slice/24LS/12D (ODA) sounds observed in the goaf and on hearing the caution signal (whistle) of OM/MS/Cable boy, Sri. R. Srinivas SDL Operator (Acting) left the SDL and came from the slice, subsequently fall occurred on SDL within 10 minutes and extended up to the slice junction in RS-9/2 seam depillaring caving district.
2 3/12/2012 In BS-5/4 seam depillaring panel,while developing 28LN/17D with 9 test hole towards 15D (Residual development) 60mts away 27LS water logged workings are existing as per the plan. On 12.03.2012 in 3rd shift a test got connected to 27LS/14D which was developed earlier but not shown on the statutory plans.
