2 10/20/2011 ON 20.10.2011 IN 1ST SHIFT OCCURRENCE OF SPOTENIOUS HEATING WAS OBSERVED IN 2S-20B / 2 SEAM DEPILLARING PANEL IMMEDIATELY STEPS HAS BEEN TAKEN TO CONTROL IT WITH THE HELP OF RESCUE TEAMS.
3 8/5/2011 At 3R/150HP newly installed hauler , trammer overloaded the hauler with out checking the effectiveness of break and that too without backstay because of that set of tubs move from 3L to 5L and derailed at junction .If there would have been any person this occuerence could have been very dangerous .
