1 12/12/2010 On 12-12-2010 while the 28KL water sprinkle was spraying water along Haul roads and other roads. At about 6:00 PM while it was crossing a causeway in the mine the water sprinkler tilted sligthly towards right side. The operator cae out of the cabin unhurt.
2 11/30/2010 while volvo truck no 50 was coming with ob material,at about 11;45 am on dumpyard haul road the truck operator driven it to extreme left and it was ran into the drainage nallah and slowly tilted towards left.The operator escaped unhurt.
3 6/11/2010 at about 2pm volvo no 44 was going towards ob dump yard for dumping,volvo hit the divider on right side at the dump yard and tilted towards left side. the operater stopped the engine and cameout of the volvo.
