Marketing & Sale of coal produced by the Company.

Liaison with Railways for movement of coal to consumers.

Associating with SLC(Long Term) for coal linkages to Core Sector (linked) consumers.

Coordinating with Industries Department for supplies to Non-Core Sector (unlinked) consumers.

Deliberations with consumers for finalisation of Fuel Supply Agreements and monitoring with areas/ customers for implementation.

Reports, generation of output – dispatches, stock at power houses, ground stock from areas on daily and monthly basis.

Preparation of annual despatch plan.

Preparation and submission of reports monthly, quarterly, yearly etc. to the AP Govt. & Govt. of India.

After deregulating all grades of coal, periodical revision of prices is being worked out with coordination of Finance Department.

Monitoring and follow up with areas regarding complaints from customers regarding short supply and quality of coal.

Monitoring of coal drawals as per linkage of Standing Linkage Committee(core sector).

Initiating action against customers/transporters/trucks for misutilisation of coal.

Associating and co-ordinating with Accounts Department for credit/debit balances of existing customers/ ex-coal dealers.

Associating and co-ordinating with Law Department for legal action on the customers and cases filed by them against the Company.

Submission of 10 days and monthly rail movement programmes and liaison with areas.

Issue of Delivery Orders for rail movement and road dispatches depending on availability of coal at each dispatch point .

Correspondence and reply to all querries by State and Central Government during Assembly/ Parliament sessions.

Furnishing all information pertaining to Marketing of coal to all Govt. Agencies as per their requisition from time to time.

Preparation of various statements of production & dispatches with comparison with previous years for quarterly short term linkage meetings being held by Ministry of Coal for according short term linkages to power houses, cements and other industries.
