4. Professional systems and people in place

All 13 areas spread over four districts are having the forestry professional in executive cadre with postgraduate degree in Agriculture. Five central nurseries are established with a potential to raise 2 million seedlings of forestry, horticulture species and with a capacity to produce 50 tones of vermicompost.
