How to Apply

Please go through the following instructions before filling the form.

  1. Browser is Internet Explorer  version IE 5.0 or higher
  2. Printer  is ready  for taking printout.
  3. If you note down the registration number you can take print out later.
  4. For better quality print out of online application form please delete contents in the "Headers" and "Footers" boxes in "Page Setup" under "File" menu of Browser.
  1. Last date for filling online application form is 25th-May-2013 5 PM.
  2. Fill online application form and click "Submit" button for registration.  Once submitted the data cannot be changed after wards.
  3. Take a print out of the generated online application form, 
  4. Sign, affix one photo and pin second photo to top-left corner of the application form.
  5. Enclose attested copies of relevant certificates in proof of age, qualifications, marks memos, caste,local candidature, experience and self addressed stamped envelope( affixing  Rs.5/- postage stamps on top) 
  6. Send the application form through post or courier only,  with enclosures to reach the following address on or before  10-June-2013
