Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract with Facility     Management  Services (a single window system) was awarded to M/s.ACS Technologies  Ltd., Secunderabad vide our Purchase Order No.CS-159, dt.19.10.2006 for a period of two years. M/s.ACS Technologies have started functioning AMC with FMS w.e.f.14.11.2006.

 

As per the terms and conditions of Purchase Order, M/s.ACS Technologies Ltd. have to liaison with you in maintaining our systems/printers being maintained by you under AMC/Warranty.

 

It is requested to kindly extend your necessary help and cooperation to the Project Coordinator and Service Engineers of M/s. ACS Technologies Ltd. when they contact you to follow-up with calls pending related to you.

 

It is once again requested to extend necessary cooperation to M/s.ACS Technologies in this regard.
