Comprehensive
Annual Maintenance Contract with FMS for maintaining our computers and printers
vide Purchase Order No.CS-84, dt.12.09.2004, which was placed on M/s.DCM Data
Systems Ltd., Secunderabad, will expire by 13.11.2006. Subsequently, AMC with
FMS purchase order (cited above) was placed on M/s. ACS Technologies
Ltd.,Secunderabad. M/s. ACS Technologies Ltd. will start functioning AMC with
FMS from 14.11.2006.
We
are herewith furnishing the names of M/s.ACS Technologies Ltd. Service
Engineers placed at Corproate with their contact numbers.

The
following guidelines may be followed for call registering.
1. All
Corporate departments should call ACS Service Engineers Sri Rajesh Reddy, Sri
Giridhar, Sri Laxmikanth (Sl.No.3 to 5)
to their mobile numbers for registering calls.
2. For
calls related to LAN (Connectivity), Sri N. Vijay Kanth, Network Administrator
may be called.
3. If
the above Service Engineers are not able to be contacted, R.Ramesh, Project
Coordinator may be contacted for booking calls.

4. Web
based application was developed and implemented for calls booking and
monitoring during earlier contract period.
All Corporate departments may also monitor calls related to them using
web based application.
5. M/s.
ACS Service Engineers will also give free service to all systems and printers
which are in operation and not covered under AMC (Surveyed off systems). However, if spares are required to them,
they will be provided by SCCL.
6. M/s.
ACS will maintain sufficient spares at Corporate, RG.I and SRP(Region levels)
for catering to the requirements of the areas within the region.
M/s. ACS Service Engineers placed at areas including Corporate have to ensure that all types of calls are to be completed within 24 hrs. and when spares are required, such calls are to be completed within 48 hrs.
The
comprehensive AMC with FMS starts functioning by M/s.ACS Technologies Ltd. at
all areas from 14.11.2006 onwards for a period of 2 years.
